Job Description

  • Responsibility for managing the entire territory maintaining existing relationships with both clients and business partners
  • Identify key clients within a specified geographical area
  • Maximize all opportunities of account development within the identified client
  • Research and qualify all aspects of the identified client prior to an approach, to ensure contact is made at the appropriate level, with a full understanding of the client's culture, financial practices and potential IT requirements
  • Target senior decision-makers CFO/Finance Director, CIO; liaise with Treasury, IT Procurement, Management, Operational Management as necessary
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of potential business allowing to reach the global targets
  • Achieve set targets based on turnover (revenue) and margin (intermediate margin) gradually during the all year

The Successful Applicant

  • B2B sales experience, preferably within IT or Financial Services
  • Proven success in solution selling
  • Demonstrable track record of transactions/ relationship management
  • Capable of managing own desk as a business
  • Previous experience of developing new business in a new patch
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Polish and English spoken
