About Our Client

Our Client is a global technology, affiliate marketing and performance advertising platform powered by big data technologies. Its technologies and human capital provide marketers with unique services to drive sales and optimize costs. Due to constant growth and expanding access to the international markets, we are currently looking to recruit Country Manager Poland, who will be responsible for managing and developing Warsaw office, as well as CEE region business.

Job Description

  • Direct and control the work and resources of the company to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives
  • Overseeing recruitment and development of staff to retain optimal motivation and retention
  • Preparing annual business plans and monitoring progress to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • Preparing, gaining acceptance and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximised and that fixed costs are minimised
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to the Chairman and the Board, keeping them aware of developments within the industry, ensuring that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations
  • Establishing and maintaining effective formal and informal links with major customers, agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders, to build company's presence on the market, exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
  • Ensuring that the Company remains at the forefront in the industry, applies the most cost-effective methods and approaches, provides leading-edge products and services and retains its competitive edge
  • Developing and maintaining effective marketing and public relations strategies to promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider community
  • Representing the company in negotiations with advertisers, publishers and other key contacts to secure the most effective contract terms for the company
  • Developing, promoting and directing the implementation of equal opportunities policies in all aspects of the Company's work
  • Overseeing the preparation of the annual report and accounts of the company and ensure their approval by the Board

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher degree in a management or related field
  • A proven track record in senior level general or commercial management, preferably in related industry (digital, performance, affiliate marketing)
  • Wide knowledge of the industry of online marketing beyond the world of affiliates Around ten years' senior level experience of management of people and resources
  • Understanding of financial management and general management principles and techniques
  • Experience in drawing up and approving budgets and monitoring their implementation
  • High level of commercial awareness
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, presentational and organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English
