About Our Client

Our client is a leader company with production sites in several countries throughout the Globe, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic candidates for the position of HR Manager. The selected candidate will report directly to Plant Manager in Poland and within the matrix structure to HR Director located in the head quarter in Belgium. The main responsibility of the candidate will be reorganisation of payroll and integration of ERP system and closely collaborating with the Management Team.

Job Description

  • Indicate the recruitment and talent development strategy
  • Define and implement strategic plans to improve communication through employees
  • Drive the implementation of succession planning and employee development
  • Coach and lead a team that includes an HR Talent Management
  • Payroll system reorganisation and ensure that all payroll data are maintained accurately
  • Provide the administrative staff related to regulations, employee agreements and contact with the employee council
  • Prepare and present monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Develop policies, maintain and update policy manuals
  • Prepare annual salary planning
  • ERP system implementation and integration
  • Team management

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree (law, economics and people management faculty preferable)
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in HR gained in a production environment as HR Business Partner / HR Manager
  • International experience required
  • Solid experience in hard and soft HR
  • Fluent English is required
  • Experience in ERP system implementation
  • Experience in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Demonstrated superior analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade senior management level
  • Articulate communicator and ability to interpret and explain written and statistical data to a wide range of audiences
  • Mature and self-assured
  • Results driven, hard-working, dependable and committed
