About Our Client

Our client is a major multinational company with growing logistics, production, and distribution operations in Poland. As a result of continued growth, the company is looking for an experienced candidate for the Logistics Manager - Interim (1 year contract), who will be responsible for a major project involving the transfer of warehouse and logistics operations to a new production plant.

Job Description

  • Complex management of the transfer of warehouse and logistics departments;
  • Active participation in the advisory team associated with the project for the new manufacturing plant;
  • Cooperation with subcontractors realising transfer orders;
  • Adjusting logistics and warehouse procedures at the new location;
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of project status;
  • Management of the subordinate team.

The Successful Applicant

  • University education with a preference for a degree in logistics management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in managing projects required;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to share knowledge with the team,
  • Very good knowledge of English
