About Our Client

Our Client is a recognized international company that specializes in responsible packaging solutions supplying wide selection of local and international FMCG companies. The company is growing worldwide and is currently planning to expand their operations in Poland.

Job Description

  • Manage a greenfield project (CAPEX preparation, design and execution, contractors tender, contractors' supervision on site, equipment installation coordination, commissioning)
  • Responsible for the plant and overall subsidiary of the company in Poland
  • Manage a range of business support departments across the organization
  • Manage annual plant budget and costs including capital investment plans
  • Ensure production plan is maintained meeting quality metrics, whilst controlling stock levels and material handling
  • Support the business side of the organization in everyday operations
  • Define company development direction by setting and implementing organization's short and long term objectives and strategies
  • Ensure proper local implementation of company practices and policies
  • Control company budget and performance versus established objectives and targets
  • Drive an employee engagement agenda working with a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Ensure all plant activity comply with Health & Safety legislation
  • Drive site continuous improvement agenda, with the ability to analyze existing systems and processes and identifying improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • Master Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in production environment, preferably in Packaging or FMCG sector
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on a managerial level with P&L responsibility
  • Experience in managing team over 100 people representing different educational levels - Knowledge of x techniques
  • High focus on precision and quality standards
  • Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy, passionate to make a difference - People- oriented leader with willingness to work on the floor
  • Fluency in Polish and English
