About Our Client

For our Client, key player on the global and local pharmaceutical market, we are looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for the RX portfolio with many internationally recognized brands. Sales Director will drive the further business growth and lead a complex field force structure.

Job Description

  • Creating and implementing strategy
  • Identifying and mapping new sales opportunities, new areas for growth
  • P&L responsibility
  • Leading, coaching and motivating the team to increase revenue/margin within entrusted product range and different therapeutic areas
  • Drive sales growth based on factual market analysis and tactical planning to meet and exceed the annual sales forecast
  • Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to ensure good relationships are maintained
  • Effectively providing best-in-class service to customers
  • Increasing business efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management in innovative pharmaceutical environment
  • Master degree in economy, management or related, MBA will be an additional asset
  • Proven track record as a leader of teams up to 100 people
  • Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perfect understanding of pharmaceutical market and current trends
  • Ability to builds trust, value others and foster innovation
  • Strong communicator and team player with high solving problem capacities
  • High integrity, working ethics and entrepreneurial flare
