About Our Client

Our Client is a leading international provider of B2B financial services, being a leader of its market. Due to its strategy and continuous development they are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced individual to join their management team. on the position of Sales Manager. The successful candidate will cooperate directly with the Sales Director and will be responsible for development and managing company's sales forces.

Job Description

- Acquire (directly or via intermediaries) of new clients (global corporate) within the allocated sales area and list of targets by direct contact

- Present products and services to potential clients and assist them in selecting those best suited for their needs

- Lead the commercial negotiation with prospects and intermediaries up to the signature of contractual documents with the contribution of internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with the Commercial Support Functions to ensure a timely and efficient service to potential and new clients.

- Identify new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts for proposing new products.

- Prepare forecasts to enable effective sales planning.

- Conduct research to identify market trends, sales and other developments amongst competitors.

- Participate in external events (trade shows, conventions and professional associations) organised within the Region

- Adhere to compliance standards set by company and external regulators.

The Successful Applicant

- Academic background gained in finance, management, preferably with post graduate qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience gained in insurance brokerage

- Ability to develop, motivate and lead small sales team

- Proven success in achieving results as a consequence of leadership skills, ability to persuade and influence, and the quality of argument and thinking

- Ability to deal with internal/ external contacts at all levels

- Self-starter with outstanding organisational and communication skills

- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
