Job Description

Successful candidate will join our Global Dynamics AX Competency Centre team and multi-years AX Program of development, deployment and operations of AX2012 solution across 30+ countries. The job is far beyond typical consulting.

  • Analysis of business processes and business requirements with primary focus on Procure To Pay, Stock & Warehouse Management areas/modules of Dynamics AX2012,
  • Preparing functional design specifications documents and supervising complete solution delivery incl. process design, testing, documentation and cooperation with architects, developers and key users,
  • Setup, configuration and testing AX functional modules and processes with ability to identify system gaps and using process & system knowledge suggest alternatives,
  • Preparing, planning and conducting and leading business process analysis & design and Gap-Fit workshops sessions in the international business & IT environment,
  • Preparing, planning and leading training sessions for business and end users,
  • Preparing, planning and execution of test plans, test cases for end to end business scenarios in areas of Purchase To Pay and Stock/Warehouse Management,
  • Preparing, planning and executing data migration plan in scope of project implementation,
  • Providing AX system expertise, consulting and advise to business communities and helping in setup of business performance indicators and measurements (KPIs),
  • Develop, manage and maintain professional relationships with business counter parts (process owners, system users) in area of your responsibility,
  • Providing SME insights to AX PMO during planning & scoping session's incl. workload assessments, activities scheduling and support complete delivery planning in area of responsibility,
  • Close, proactive and professional cooperation with other team members ensuring high performance and high quality of delivered solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong, hands-on and proven Dynamics AX2012 and AX2009 functional knowledge of Trade & Logistics and Stock Management modules incl. business processes knowledge, setup & configuration,
  • Minimum 6-7 years professional experience on a similar position with Dynamics AX implementations and 10+ years in ERP industry on consulting or/and end-user sites including participating in requirements gathering, process analysis & design, workshops, trainings and testing sessions,
  • Good knowledge of business process modelling techniques, notations (e.g. BMPN, UML) and practical experience in designing of IT solutions using adequate tools & technologies,
  • Fluent English.
