About Our Client

Well recognized multinational company with European SSC based in Wrocław.

Job Description

  • Transition planning and execution
  • Managing medium to large size transition projects and managing work streams within projects
  • Relationship management between SSC operations team and senior level management
  • Leading and executing process improvement project ensuring timely closure
  • Resolve and / or escalate issues as far as they occur
  • Responsibility for driving the long term vision of the process excellence framework
  • Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams
  • Accountability for identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Develop risk assessment and mitigation strategy
  • Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (or similar)
  • Knowledge of F&A processes and experience in improvement initiatives for F&A as a must
  • 2-5 years of experience in working on similar position
  • Certification in Project Management - PMI/Prince 2 will be a great asset
  • Ability to work in diverse cultural environment
  • Fluent English is essential
