About our client
Our client is an international consultancy recognized as a worldwide leader within its industry. Currently, to meet the continued growth requirements of the pharmaceutical / healthcare consulting unit we are looking for an experienced and ambitious professionals for the position of Senior Consultant / Manager.

Job description
A successful candidate will need to prove his/ her ability to manage projects for clients in the pharmaceutical industry covering inter alia:
- Developing sales & marketing strategies (preparing recommendations on, e.g., products, product portfolios, sales channels, market targeting and incentive schemes)
- Developing and launching of corporate strategies, preparing business models, market scenarios and forecasts
- Market screening and target assessments in regards to M&A transactions
- Supporting clients with launching new products to the market and other market development initiatives
- Performance improvement (resource optimization, organizational structures analysis, etc.)
- Supporting / managing development of surveys and market analysis

Who we are looking for
An ideal candidate will posses:
- University degree; postgraduate qualifications will be an asset
- 3-6 years of professional experience gained in strategic consulting environment (in the fields relevant to the above-bulleted)
- Experience in executing projects in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on Rx; professional experience within the industry will be an asset
- Successful record of managing / developing business relations on the executive level
- Proven success in framing client requirements, proposal development and selling process (Manager level)
- Self-starter capabilities with personal drive to achieve targets
- Strong personal integrity and commitment to the highest quality of professionalism
- Very good presentation skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
