For our client , an international company offering solutions for production and intralogistics, we are looking for Area Sales Manager Poland.

Opis stanowiska

- Developing and expanding sales;

- Collaborating with engineering and other teams;

- Communicating with all internal departments indicating industry trends and innovation opportunities;

- Increasing brand recognition in Poland;

- Identifying market and competitive trends that impact customers and opportunities for new business while protecting existing business;

- Helping to develop and execute strategic programs for the Polish market;

- Representing company on trade fairs;

- Reporting to the Sales Manager;

- Making quotations and order control in compliance with target-settings;

Profil kandydata

- Minimum 5 years of previous technical sales experience in industrial sales, B2B markets;

- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;

- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action;

- Excellent problem-solving ability;

- Willingness to travel (Poland and several international trips per year);

- Strong sales acumen;

- Demonstrated track record in driving and delivering results;

- Proactive behavior, taking initiative, seeking continuous improvement;

- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills who is "data driven";

- Ability to collaborate across functions and regions, good team player;

- Highest standards of ethical behavior, complying with laws and rules;
