For our Clinet, one of the leader in Europe in FMCG industry, we are looking for an expereinced Sales Manager.

Opis stanowiska

  • Development of sales channels and introduction of the new brand to the Polish market, including prioritization and creation of a comprehensive sales growth plan.
  • Identified and onboarded new clients, ensuring strong in-store brand execution
  • Independently built and maintained customer relationships, driving business development with Key Clients Modern Trade channel (discounters, supermarkets, hypermarkets); experience in Traditional Trade is a plus
  • Developing strategy, and implementing, executing the global brand strategy on the Polish market, GTM.
  • Led consumer activation initiatives, supported development of POS materials and sales tools in collaboration with marketing and regional teams
  • Ensuring high‑quality operational collaboration with local partners, including coordination of orders, product implementations, and trade marketing activities.

Profil kandydata

  • Proven track record in business development
  • Great knowledge local market, sales legislation
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel across Poland and other markets as needed
  • Fluent Polish and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
