Opis stanowiska

  • Project Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential renewable energy projects in the market, including but not limited to wind power projects. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy landscape in Poland and stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Developer Partnership: Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners. Collaborate with developers to jointly develop projects and leverage their expertise to ensure successful project execution.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new areas for renewable energy projects, especially in wind power. Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks to identify favorable locations and opportunities for our company.
  • Permitting and Approvals: Lead the process of obtaining environmental decisions, building permits, zoning conditions, and connection conditions for the development of renewable energy projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to navigate the regulatory landscape efficiently and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the growth of our renewable energy projects. Identify new business opportunities, assess risks, and recommend strategies to capitalize on market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and joint venture partnerships with developers, landowners, government agencies, and other relevant parties. Ensure that all contractual terms are favorable and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams within the company, including engineering, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless project development and execution. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, environmental science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, project acquisition, or related roles within the renewable energy industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, particularly wind power projects, and a solid understanding of the regulatory and permitting processes in Poland.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and seize business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and assess project feasibility.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver successful outcomes.
