For a fast growing real estate fund with a strong CEE footprint we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Capital Rising Director. Successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and implementing capital raising strategy for CEE markets.

Opis stanowiska

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design financial products as well as marketing and PR strategy to support sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholders
  • Develop successful relationships with HNWi, private equity, funds and financial product distribution companies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations
  • Monitor market trends to update fundraising strategies and decision-making processes
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and investor meetings in CEE

Profil kandydata

  • Strong knowledge of the financial markets industry, specifically within the property sector
  • Proven track record in capital fundraising and investment management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with investors and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, structured finance, and debt/equity instruments
  • Ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex market data
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
