About Our Client

Job Description

  • Overseeing the financial reporting (internal and external)
  • Overseeing the financial preparation and closing for accounts, ensuring smooth reporting.
  • Supporting the CEO in evaluating capital expenditure (CAPEX).
  • Establishing and supervising the budget and analyzing variances against actual costs.
  • Overseeing valuations of inventory and stock counting.
  • Monitoring the company's income and costs
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensuring compliance financial reporting standards
  • Managing / supervising VAT, CIT, and similar.
  • Overseeing cash management, executing and approving invoices and payments and optimizing working capital (Accounts Receivable/Payable)
  • Process Automation: Driving the implementation or optimization of ERP systems (like SAP or similar) to move toward real-time financial data.



The Successful Applicant

  • Education: ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience: 10+ years in accounting (FMCG is a major plus, but not a must).
  • Mindset: A balance of diligent, asset protector and "Catalyst" driving efficiency.
  • Fluent English, native Polish
