Opis stanowiska

Design and Deployment - Plan, design, deploy, and manage Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops) ensuring scalability, high availability, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Operations and Optimization - Monitor, maintain, and optimize Citrix platforms by performing upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency.
Automation and Innovation - Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery across global operations.
Support and Troubleshooting - Provide Level 2 support for Citrix-related incidents, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Security and Compliance - Ensure adherence to organizational security policies, implement protective measures, and maintain compliance within Citrix environments.
Knowledge Sharing and Development - Deliver training, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and IT staff, while staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Collaboration and Relationship Management - Work closely with network, security, and architecture teams, engage with management on technical planning, and interact with customers on escalated issues and solution recommendations.

Profil kandydata

3 or more years in IT and Systems engineering or systems administration
Previous Level 2 or 3 experience hands on supporting a business
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V) certification is highly desirable
