Opis stanowiska

  • Commercial responsibility for your appointed assets in Poland
  • Follow-up on budgets and cash flow forecasts, including deviation analysis and reporting
  • Income and expense controlling for projects in operation
  • Contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
  • Build up a good trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, and landowners
  • Compliance and reporting to authorities

Profil kandydata

  • Commercial or financial educational background
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in a commercial or financial role
  • Fluent English
  • Solid IT skills - especially Microsoft Excel
