Job Description

  • Responsibility for Due Diligence, regarding to new customers, suppliers and third parties - screening against sanctions and red flag review during the on-boarding of new Customers and Third parties.
  • Existing customers and stakeholders Due Diligence Compliance: liaise with the business to request the completion of the Customer or Third Party DD questionnaire, then checking the performance and completion of due diligence screening for that relationship.
  • Online Compliance Platform: follow up on overdue due diligence submissions, monitor overall completion rate for their region and of any ongoing/repeat screenings.
  • Resolve red flags, compliance issues and ongoing compliance matters with the support of the Compliance and Legal Team.
  • Support the team with administration and management of compliance software.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations using open source intelligence skills.
  • Ad hoc cooperation with the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience as compliance specialist or on similar role
  • Fluent English speaking skills (at least B2)
  • Very good MS Office skills (SAP practical knowledge will be an additional plus)
  • Experience in a team-work within global environment
