For our Client, one of the biggest in Europe Manufacturers in FMCG industry, food category, offers high-quality products (brand and private label) we are looking for a Country Manager, who will be responsible for business in Poland, Baltics Republics, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
Opis stanowiska
- Management of the different channels in which the company is present: National and Regional (Private label/Manufacturer's brand) / HORECA SERVICE / FOOD SERVICE / RETAIL / DISTRIBUTORS / in the area: Poland, Baltics Republics, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
- Negotiation of trade agreements with assigned clients. Strategy development.
- Looking for the new business opportunities.
- Detect business opportunities and expand the existing portfolio within the active customer base.
- Development and presentation of business proposals.
- Analyze sales data to improve the results of large accounts under your liability. Budget management.
Profil kandydata
- User level knowledge of SAP will be appreciated.
- Experience of at least 5 years in in the food sector; with experience in sales of private label or own brands, and in negotiation with the major national and regional accounts of the modern distribution.
- Polish native speaker and C1 English level is essential.
- Business skills, customer focus. Knowledge of the market and the sector.
- Negotiating capacity.
- Availability to travel.
- Person with initiative and trade skills
