We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Supply Chain Operations Director to lead and streamline our Client's end-to-end supply chain operations within their Business Center.

Job Description

  • Direct and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for the EMEA region, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Guarantee exceptional service and process standards in global business organizations by conducting regular performance evaluations and consistently meeting or surpassing SLAs.
  • Work collaboratively with corporate and regional teams to establish SLAs and align on business goals and performance expectations.
  • Engage in global procurement and supply chain projects, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and promoting the sharing of best practices across teams.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Implement talent management strategies aimed at increasing employee retention, reducing turnover, and developing a highly skilled supply chain workforce.
  • Co-define and achieve operational targets, managing change implications within client organizations and governance structures.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to monitor operational costs and spending, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process enhancements.
  • Proactively assess operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide strategic risk management guidance to clients.
  • Address and resolve client issues and complaints, showcasing strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and project success.



The Successful Applicant

  • University Degree and minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including 7+ years of experience in leading teams over 20 FTEs
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management at a regional level.
  • Proven track record of process improvements in the supply chain area.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
