Opis stanowiska

  • Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, offering direction, coaching, and support to help them reach their professional aspirations and inspire innovation.
  • Actively assist the engineering team in delivering incremental value through direct, hands-on involvement.
  • Perform performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and nurture a culture focused on diversity, inclusion, and ongoing learning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions that address immediate business needs.
  • Communicate effectively to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Champion technical and operational excellence by overseeing features from inception through to completion, encompassing design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Help shape the strategic focus of engineering initiatives, ensuring technology aligns with broader business objectives.

Profil kandydata

  • -Over 3 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams within a dynamic, agile setting.
  • 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, specifically within SaaS or payment technology organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Deep expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
  • Proven track record in driving projects to successful completion, delivering results efficiently across diverse countries and markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of software architecture, system design, and modern development practices, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
  • Experienced in working with distributed teams, fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging in remote work environments.
  • Dedicated to mentoring, coaching, and supporting the professional growth of team members.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving environments, consistently enhancing platform reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
