Opis stanowiska

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize pertinent information and data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information from a variety of sources to ensure comprehensive insights.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports providing valuable data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling presentations and briefings in advance of important decisions and meetings, utilizing strong communication and visualization skills.
  • Ensure presentations and reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Coordinate input from various stakeholders, ensuring timely access to required information.
  • Facilitate discussions, coordinate meetings, and ensure the timely exchange of information.
  • Actively participate in strategic projects, working closely with Board Members to monitor the progress of key initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to track performance against set goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data and information to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in assessing the potential impact of different scenarios and propose risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage a team of assistants, encompassing both functional and disciplinary responsibilities.
  • Oversee team management, task delegation, establish a backup structure, and foster employee development

Profil kandydata

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or project management.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an SSC/BPO environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • At least 3 years in leadership roles reporting to senior management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.
  • Knowledge of German is an additional asset.
