For our Client, a fast-growing organization operating in the renewable energy sector - we are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team. The company delivers investment projects in green energy and is part of an international capital group. Due to the dynamic expansion of its project portfolio and increasing operational scale, the organization is strengthening its controlling function.

About Our Client

The Financial Controller will play a key role in supporting financial processes, working closely with the Head of Finance and contributing directly to business decision-making.

Job Description

  • Ensuring accuracy and correctness of accounting records
  • Budgeting and monitoring budget execution at the level of individual entities
  • Financial performance analysis and preparation of variance explanations
  • Participation in the fund request process, including preparation of funding requests to shareholders
  • Preparation of quarterly cash flow forecasts
  • Bank reporting
  • Supervision of intercompany settlements
  • Participation in group reporting processes
  • Cooperation with Group headquarters regarding IFRS adjustments
  • Support of tax-related processes
  • Preparation of data for transfer pricing documentation
  • Continuous improvement and development of controlling and reporting processes



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, data processing)
  • Good command of English, enabling effective cooperation with Group headquarters
  • Independence, accuracy, and ability to work in a project-based environment

    Nice to Have

  • Experience in the renewable energy (RES) sector
  • Familiarity with group reporting environments
