This is an independent position without a subordinate team, working in cooperation with the Plant Director, the Finance Director, and the Group CFO. Job Description

  • Analyse and monitor cost structures to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and forecasts.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure budget adherence.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual costs against budgets.
  • Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Review and optimise inventory management processes to control costs.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A prior experience working in a manufacturing company, which is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven expertise in cost analysis and financial reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and tools.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Category B driving licence.
