The General Manager will take comprehensive responsibility for leading the company - covering production operations, B2B solution sales, and strategic financial decisions. This is a role for a senior manager with proven experience in managing full P&L, who is also able to stay close to both the business and the customer. The ideal candidate will bring international collaboration experience, while proficiency in German will be a strong asset.

This role requires someone capable of managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, understanding engineering realities, and earning the trust of the owner in an environment with a low level of formalization.

Job Description

  • Comprehensive management of the company's operations - production, sales, service, and back-office functions
  • Full P&L ownership and accountability for the organization's financial results
  • Execution of the growth strategy - development of B2B solution sales and expansion into new markets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, active participation in sales processes
  • Managing the management team, coordinating technical and production projects
  • Process optimization and implementation of improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
  • Collaboration with international group structures and reporting to the ownership board



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a Director or General Manager position within a production and sales-oriented company
  • Strong track record of P&L management and B2B commercial negotiations
  • Solid knowledge of the industrial or technical sector (products, systems, machinery, engineering solutions)
  • University degree - in engineering is a must
  • Very good command of English; German language skills will be a strong asset
  • Ability to work in an international environment, resilience to change, strong results orientation
