Opis stanowiska
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets, and develop strategies to penetrate and expand into these markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, and serve as the key point of contact for major accounts
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales performance to the Regional Manager and HQ
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives
- Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to motivate the sales team, share best practices, and provide ongoing development opportunities
- Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with key clients to secure new business and maintain existing contracts
- Manage contracts with external partners and service providers
Profil kandydata
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Manager with a successful track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to travel as required
