The candidate will be responsible for full financial reporting of entities to owners, management, banks and statutory. The person will take part in management of the Financial Department, will be involved in management of the group and key processes. The person will work independently as well as part of a team and will be responsible for all financial control, budgeting and preparation of new tools.

For our client real estate company with stable and growing business model, currently we are seeking for a Candidate for position of Head of Reporting / Finance (Manager) based in Warsaw (City Center).

Opis stanowiska

  • Supervison of the process and active part in preparation of Group monthly management accounts
  • Responsibility and taking active part in preparation and development of reporting and budgeting tools and processes
  • Coordination of the accounting team work (standarisation of accounting policy, tax changes implementation etc. )
  • Monitoring the performance of the Group
  • Responsible for Financial Reporting of consolidated group and entities
  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of the consolidated group of entities
  • Participation in the Group's year-end close process
  • Cooperation with the Group's auditors
  • Reporting to the financing banks
  • Project management in the area of finance and accounting
  • Have an active role in development and maintenance of the current and future implementation of new systems

Profil kandydata

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as part of accounting/financial reporting/controlling team (also in financial audit of Real Estate companies)
  • Minimum 4 years in team management
  • Recognized professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) would be a strong advantage, knowledge and professional experience in applying IFRS is a must
  • Real Estate experience will be a strong advantage
  • Experience in cross border group accounting and dealing with different currencies
  • Experience in implementation of ERP/BI systems and/or workflow systems would be a strong advantage
  • Strong commercial attitude
  • Perfect command of English
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Power BI & Power Query will be an asset
  • The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter
  • Proven team management skills will be an asset
  • Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team
  • Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints
  • Experience and knowledge of taxes, accounting, treasury, financing, administration and organization etc. will be an asset
