Opis stanowiska
- Providing strategic HR support to global functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Collaborating with department heads to address HR needs and challenges, such as change management and employee relations.
- Applying your business maturity and HR expertise to solve practical, day-to-day issues and providing guidance on performance management.
- Supporting international management teams and assisting in talent management and development.
- Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and advising the organization on legal requirements.
- Collaborating with compensation and benefits specialists to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Identifying training and development needs within the organization and coordinating learning initiatives.
- Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Contributing to HR policy development and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Profil kandydata
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, including international exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HR management practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
