Our Client is an international production company with a stable position on the market. based near Legnica, who is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to fulfil this role within the companies structures.
Opis stanowiska
- Maintain and develop personal policies and strategy
- Supervise HR department in the area of hard and soft HR (recruitment, development, motivation, evaluation, competencies, personal administration, HR tools development)
- Recruitment process management
- Manage and develop HR team
- Support Management in daily business related with personnel
- Manage Employer Branding activities
- Manage internal and external communication
- Budget preparation
- Reports and analysis preparation for Management purpose
- Manage of HR KPI and implement countermeasures
- Taking part in internal and external audits
- Manage with law and tax changes
Profil kandydata
- University degree, postgraduate degree in HR
- Min.5 years of experience in HR
- Strong HR experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Very good labour law, social insurance, PPK, ZFŚS
- People oriented and results driven
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
