In this role, you will take full ownership of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding, through employment changes, to offboarding. You will ensure accurate HR administration, manage HR queries, maintain data integrity across HR systems, and support managers and HR Business Partners. The position requires strong operational discipline and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic shared-services environment.

Opis stanowiska

  • Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Manage HR queries via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses.
  • Prepare HR documentation and maintain employee records in alignment with compliance standards.
  • Update and manage data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy for payroll, benefits, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to policies and local labor regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, support policy updates, and align Work Instructions with operational standards.



Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or employee lifecycle management.
  • Fluency in German and very good English.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulatory requirements.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret and work with data.
