Are you an ambitious HR professional looking to advance your career in Shared Value & Sustainability? Our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company, is searching for a proactive HRBP to play a key role in promoting sustainability initiatives
Opis stanowiska
- Support the organization by engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures, including performance management, salary review, and benefits
- Actively participate in recruitment efforts, preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Ensure legal compliance with employment and working conditions
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Gather benchmark data on jobs, compensation, and benefits
- Develop a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy or assist in its development
- Manage benefits administration
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance
- Forecast labour costs by department and contribute to budget creation.
- Oversee office administration and reporting
- Promote SV&S (Shared Value & Sustainability) as a mindset, ensuring that management and employees understand its interdependence with our business goals
- Act as the main point of contact for the Global SV&S team, spreading relevant information across departments for executing local SV&S plans
- Coordinate the Impact Profile tool for the Affiliate and implement improvement actions/plans related to the Impact Profile
- Collect, verify, and organize non-financial sustainability data, acting as a reference point for colleagues involved in data collection (e.g., emissions, water, waste)
- Promote, coordinate, and evaluate local people engagement activities aligned with sustainability guidelines from HQ
Profil kandydata
- Utilize excellent analytical skills to handle HR operational tools, including hiring, employee benefits, and labor cost budgeting
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and programs involving multiple departments
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of sustainability topics and the shared value concept
- Possess business acumen and knowledge of the pharma industry
- Integrate stakeholder needs into the development of innovative solutions and approaches, leveraging contributions from cross-functional and diverse teams
- Maintain an open attitude, strong listening skills, and a commitment to generating value for all stakeholders
- Showcase enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on ESG topics
- Preferably possess a BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in both Polish and English languages is required
