Job Description

HR Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage payroll inputs, employee benefits administration, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the SSC's needs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR standards.



Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities, addressing maintenance needs and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for employees.
  • Organize and support internal events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Act as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Office Administration, or similar role, ideally in a Shared Services or multinational environment.
  • Experience in establishing new SSC/office is a significant asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
