Opis stanowiska
- Optimisation of HUB processes, testing and roll-out
- Standardisation of strategic logistics tenders
- Independent development of profitability calculation and implementation of optimised processes in all European HUBs (9 countries)
- Tracking of new processes and results
- Conduct best practice workshops with for all countries and HUB LSPs to identify potential for optimisation
- Analysis and presentation of optimised processes to other countries
- Standardization and further development of strategic tender processes in the area of logistics sourcing
- Preparation of decision papers for the management
Profil kandydata
- 2+ years of relevant job experience (especially with high focus on process improvement in Supply Chain)
- Bachelor or Master degree in SCM, logistics
- Experiences in transport logistics and tendering of logistics
- Distinct analytical skills and process knowledge
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Language skills: English: C2, (German is nice to have)
