- Forge Relationships: Establish solid partnerships with onshore Business Process Owners, providing expert advice on Credit Control and Policy Management.
- Drive Excellence: Collaborate with onshore process owners, Middle Office, and operational reps to establish best practices.
- Measure Performance: Develop a standardized framework for performance measurement, report metrics accurately, and drive improvements.
- Resolve Challenges: Lead QA issue resolution, ensuring optimal process performance and improvements.
- Lead Transformation: Design and implement process improvement projects based on business needs.
- Facilitate Communication: Foster relations between local entities, enhance communication between Middle Office and Support Service Offices.
- Manage Escalations: Handle process and system issue escalations, partnering with transitions for solutions.
- Develop Talent: Cultivate team talent through cross-training, rotations, and onshore assignments.
- Guide and Mentor: Provide coaching and guidance to managers and colleagues, promoting growth.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold internal rules, regulations, and policies while driving customer engagement and continuous improvement.
- Experience: 10+ years in operations (preferable within insurance sector), project management, and process improvement skills
- Holistic Thinker: Consider broader implications on downstream processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong independent analytical abilities.
- Relationship Management: Proven collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Leadership: Exhibit coaching, training, and accountability skills large structures (150+)
