Our client is a well known international production company with the structures across Europe and APAC region.

We are looking for a person who will join the team of internal audit professionals that will act as group subject matter expert in the area of IT General Controls.

Opis stanowiska

Work as part of the Group Internal Audit team in performing all aspects of internal audits: assessment of IT General Controls, access rights, effectiveness of internal control -including ERP automated controls-, compliance with policies, rules and regulations, assessment of operational efficiency
Working across business units in numerous countries
Deliver risk-based internal audits
Collate observations, determine and agree resolutions / recommendations with key stakeholders across the group
Develop concise and targeted reports for review by senior team members with valuable recommendations and insights to strengthen the control environment
Ability to work effectively as a team member, by sharing knowledge and updating senior team members on progress
Participate in the annual audit planning process and assisting with preparation of quarterly audit committee presentations
Participate in the development of audit function processes and tools
Act as subject matter expert for the portfolio development of data analytics tools
Develop scripts and solutions that can be transferred from the 3rd to the 1st line of defence
Involved in cross-functional projects
Provide consultancy views in IT Governance matters

Profil kandydata

At least 4 years of formative internal or external audit level experience
Excellent command of ACL/Galvanize or any other common data analytics tool
Good command of COBIT, ISO 27001 and/or NIST 800-171 frameworks
Knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls and risk management frameworks (e.g. COSO) is an advantage
Proven experience in developing, running and interpreting data analytics in a fragmented ERP landscape with at least two different ERPs running within the same Group
Proven ability to work effectively as a team
Able to convert data-driven findings into business-oriented remarks that operational management will understand coupled with actionable recommendations
