Job Description

  • Analyze the processual needs of our customers and design suitable technical solutions
  • Support further development of solutions with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Coordination and management of external IT service providers
  • Fulfill project management in our software implementation projects
  • Conceptual work within our IT Projects
  • 3rd level support, error analysis, troubleshooting and support optimization

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed studies in business informatics or comparable qualification
  • Experience in requirement engineering especially in the logistics area
  • Fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform and SAP
  • Process documentation with BPMN
  • Experience with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum)
  • Structured way of working and analytical-conceptual thinking
  • Hands-on mentality and team player
  • Language skills: English (B2)
