Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network systems to support retail operations.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of all network and server systems.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to address and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance and standards.
  • Monitor and optimise system performance to meet business needs.
