Opis stanowiska

  • Manage daily operations of IT teams delivering services in Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Ops, and more.
  • Ensure operational excellence and address service delivery issues promptly.
  • Lead the alignment between development and operations teams to meet business needs.
  • Drive digitalization of ITSM and enhance operations using tools like ServiceNow.
  • Implement best practices and maintain operational policies and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and mentor teams.
  • Oversee performance reviews and guide team improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for infrastructure capabilities.
  • Lead change management processes and ensure smooth transitions when adopting new solutions.
  • Monitor service performance and implement continuous service improvements (CSI) using Lean/Agile methodologies.



Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-10 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years in managing IT operations teams.
  • Proven leadership and experience in service management, particularly in ITIL and Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive change, improve processes, and foster innovation.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP.
