About Our Client

Our Client is an international company from Retail Sector. For their developing structures we are looking for IT Project Manager.

Job Description

1.Support end users daily and ensure that SLAs are respected

  • Help to solve issues
  • Support and animate key user's activity (define needs, testing, writing processes)
  • Raise issues to IT Corporate
  • Create queries, reports using standard tools
  • Install patches and new version of components
  • Identify training for users on corporate applications



2. Manage local operations

  • monitor local servers and local applications and handle incidents in a timely manner
  • monitor EDI systems
  • ensure back-up processes and tools of local data and local critical applications are in place



3. Manage projects and improvement of applications

  • manage new projects (EDI, BI, sales force, ...)
  • requirements gather, write specifications, organise tests and trainings
  • collaborate with IT corporate to define solutions



4. Manage relationship with subcontractors for local applications if any

5. Infrastructure support

  • Install and maintain PCs and printers according to corporate policies, using corporate tools
  • Maintain users accounts and mailboxes
  • Maintain local infrastructure equipments (servers, network) and realize or organize basic cabling operations



6. Manage external service providers

  • for new installations that require expertise (cabling, wireless networks, server installation, ...)
  • maintenance contracts



7. Security and continuity plan

  • Ensure compliance to Group corporate security standards and policy.
  • Monitor closely security KPIs. Take immediate appropriate actions to fix security issues on local equipment or local applications
  • Define IT continuity plan for the site
  • Formalize requirements for Corporate Applications and for Premium Infrastructure and follow-up implementation
  • Manage the DRP plan for local business applications and infrastructure
  • Management of local team (optional)

The Successful Applicant

  • You are business and service oriented, driving quality of service aligned with business requirements.
  • You have a good understanding of standard business processes of a market company (purchase to pay, order to cash, supply chain, marketing functions, consumer satisfaction,…) and a clear involvement to support business stakes.
  • You have good technical skills in Infrastructure/Network operations, end user services and experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC (or other ERP solution), public cloud solutions, and ITIL processes are plus.
  • You contribute actively to IT governance model and to the deployment of new IT projects in coordination with local and corporate teams.
  • You optimize IT budget.
  • You speak native local language and you are fluent in English
