Our Client is an international company from FMCG sector.
Opis stanowiska
- Supporting European Entities within Warsaw IT & Data Supporting Hub in area of TGK linked with Data Sources (SAP, CFIN, other Data Lakes) based on internal SLA and KPIs
- Providing efficient and relevant functional user support by resolving (Incidents/Requests), in proximity with key users
- Performing investigation and solve, if possible, data consistency issues and incidents logged by local Finance Teams
- Checking data consistency between SAP, CFIN, Data Lakes and Tagetik
- Securing IT part of the Finance EPM domain and contributing to the alignment of the IT service delivery with the business strategy - providing L1 support to cover financial forecasting and reporting needs
- Building internal know-how to strengthen/drive the maturity of our shared models by growing in parallel
- Providing the functional & technical competencies to optimize design & quickly align the solution with business context evolutions/enhancements.
- Participating in the analysis of business processes (definition, mapping, optimization)
- Working closely, communicating, and cooperating with all IT and Business stakeholders
Profil kandydata
- You have an experience in FI/CO SAP solutions
- Experience with Tagetik is nice to have
- You have knowledge about S/4 Central Finance architecture
- Technical designs, Integration processes, ETL tools are familiar to you
- You have experience in IT front-end organization or in consultancy
- You have deep empathy for the user, a deep understanding of user-centric support
- You have proactive attitude with strong communication skills, determination, and flexibility
- You can adapt to changing environment and support changes with autonomy and openness
- You can communicate in English with European users and International Teammates
