Job Description

  • Own and resolve incidents escalated by 1st Line Support with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Ensure security by managing phishing threats, MFA, and access reviews.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, including 3rd Line Support and external vendors.
  • Conducted access audits and maintained compliance across systems.
  • Support and train Service Desk teams to enhance service capabilities.
  • Drive process improvement and contribute to the "Shift-Left" strategy.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in IT systems engineering or administration, with 2nd line experience.
  • Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 environments, including PowerShell and SCCM.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in hybrid (cloud/on-prem) environments.
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks for IT systems.
