Our Client is a international company from Medical sector. For their developing IT HUB we are looking to hire experienced candidate for the role of IT Team Leader.

Opis stanowiska

  • Lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams of technical professionals across IAM, Security, and Network disciplines in an agile product team structure
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while adhering to agile principles
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Facilitate professional growth and career development opportunities for team members
  • Maintain an understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, Security best practices, and Network architecture
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats to ensure the organization's infrastructure remains secure and up-to-date
  • Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of larger infrastructure projects and initiatives within an agile framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define project scope, objectives, priorities, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Ensure alignment with overall IT and business strategies while managing project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements and initiatives
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbally
  • Provide regular project status updates, reports, and metrics to leadership and other relevant parties
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within an agile context
  • Work closely with teams to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and improve overall efficiency while adhering to agile practices

Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams within an agile setup
  • The ability to understand complex technical areas and concepts
  • Demonstrated program- or project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
