Job Description

Operation Monitoring:

  • Tracking and analyzing alerts, implementing actions to resolve them.
  • Analyzing and monitoring the integration of customer needs and logistic planning.
  • Responding to discrepancies in forecasts and managing inventory.

Customer Inquiry Management:

  • Registering and analyzing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Providing solutions and resolving issues.
  • Communicating with customers, tracking progress, and finalizing matters.

Customer Relationship Optimization:

  • Understanding the customer's language and adapting communication accordingly.
  • Comprehending the customer's organization to take appropriate actions.
  • Ensuring proper and regular communication about forecast reliability.
