Opis stanowiska

  • Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with clients in the Traditional Trade Channel, Food Service
  • Regular meetings with clients, cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish, building long term partnership cooperation with Clients, negotiate strategic contracts for the company
  • Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and assortment optimization
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, to achieve mutual objectives and long-term profitability.
  • Analyze the market trends, competitors activities, identify business opportunities
  • Implement optimalisation, process and procedures
  • Pricing Policy Coordination, monitoring trends, insights, market
  • Produce sales forecasts, follow up on budgets, and set margins within the area of responsibility.

Profil kandydata

  • Min 5 to 7 years experience in sales department in FMCG industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Traditional Trade Channel, work experience in C&C, wholesale, Food Service Channel
  • strategic thinking, excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, business
  • Result- and solution-oriented attitude
  • Fluent English - daily communication
