For our Client - a well established real estate investment fund - we are seeking for a experienced Land Acquisition Manager. Successful candidate will join newly created development team and will work closely with Development Director to grow investors portfolio.
Opis stanowiska
- Seek and identify land acquisition opportunities, increasing land bank and BTS project pipeline
- Create and develop foster quality relationship with agents and land brokers
- Creating business case and feasibility studies
- Creation and management of the financial budget of the project
- Coordination of due diligence process
- Working with local authorities and other relevant stakeholders
- Support development process (planning, design, etc.)
Profil kandydata
- Master's degree
- At least 4-6 years of experience within land acquisition / development area (preferably logistics market)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record regarding to land acquisition process
- Knowledge of zone planning and construction law would an advantage
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals
