Our Client is a Swiss producer of innovative engineered products, is establishing a new subsidiary in Poland. We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead this initiative. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic builder who can drive operations from the ground up.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth plans
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive threats.
  • Drive revenue growth through direct sales, channel management, and partnerships.
  • Oversee key account management for industrial customers, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
  • Develop new business opportunities with industrial clients requiring custom-engineered solutions.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, and financial targets, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team.
  • Foster a performance-driven, customer-focused company culture.
  • Represent the company to clients, partners, suppliers, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure transparent communication and alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership within the industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial supply chains, technical product sales, and OEM customer needs.
  • Experience managing P&L, driving growth, and achieving financial targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build organizational capability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic yet hands-on leadership style.
  • Engineering or technical background preferred; MBA or equivalent business qualification a plus.
