Job Description

  • Keep our networks (WAN, LAN, Wireless, Datacenter, Load Balancing) running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents quickly to keep business operations up.
  • Work with both cloud networking (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure.
  • Document setups, processes, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to solve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Support upgrades, capacity planning, and life-cycle management of network hardware.
  • Help automate processes to make our services faster and smarter.
  • Implement and maintain strong security measures (firewalls, VPNs, encryption, etc.).
  • Train and support the Service Desk as part of our Shift-Left approach.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in IT, network engineering, or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Level 2 or 3 support in a business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and how it connects to network services.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bonus points if you have automation experience (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Relevant certifications like CCNP (or equivalent) are nice to have.
