Our Client is a global, well-known company located in a prestigious location in the heart of Warsaw. They are currently looking for an O2C Customer Service Representative with French who will be dedicated to group's French speaking entities.
- Responsible for daily processing customer orders ensuring priority for urgent orders and positive customer experience
- Resolving irregularities including any issues with orders, including completing outbound calls
- Identifying and implementing potential process improvements
- Participation in projects and standardisation initiatives
- Being a part of SAP S/4 HANA implementation activities
- University Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- 2 years of experience on similar position
- Export markets handling - will be an asset
- SAP knowledge is required
- Experience in Start-Up or dynamic environment - will be an asset
- French and English languages knowledge on advance level required
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Proactive mindset and ability to prioritise and complete tasks
