Opis stanowiska

1. Office Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace for all employees.
  • Handle maintenance requests and liaise with building management as needed.



2. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for management and staff.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all administrative records.



3. Staff Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workspaces and technology.
  • Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with policy implementation.



4. Financial & Budget Oversight

  • Monitor and manage office budgets, including expenses for supplies and services.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements in coordination with the finance department.



5. Technology & Tools Management

  • Coordinate with IT support to maintain office equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure proper functioning of software and tools used for office productivity.



6. Event Planning o Plan and organize team events, training sessions, and company celebrations.

  • Manage travel arrangements for staff as needed

Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience managing budgets and supervising administrative staff is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
