Opis stanowiska

  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic plans to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, logistics, and supply chain functions.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure the plant operates in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, conducting regular audits and enforcing strict adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Monitor operational costs, implement cost-saving measures, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop plant management and production teams, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and performance.
  • Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards in alignment with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align production schedules with customer demand.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset by prioritising on-time delivery, product quality, and rapid response to changing needs.
  • Participate in the development and execution of long-term operational strategies.

Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to measure success (KPIs, OEE, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
